Originally designed to be a drop in replacement for classic Microsoft™ ASP®, only with stricter typing and extendability. The Simple Scripting Engine has taken on a life of its own, officially diverting from the original "create-a-clone" development path and into a robust and ever growing general purpose, loosely typed and fully interpreted scripting engine for the web or desktop. The engine comes coupled with a very lightweight Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and fully integrated documentation, making development and debugging quite straight forward.

The 32-bit version of this application is supported on both x64 and x86 (64 and 32 bit) systems.
