SQLBackup is an old project of mine from back in the Windows 2000 / SQL 7 days when backing up a database was a true pain and backup software (such as Backup Exec) were impossibly expensive for the common folk.

Please make no mistake, this application is not a viable backup solution but it does contain workable examples of the SQL Server virtual device interface (VDI).
