Originally designed to be a near-perfect drop in replacement for classic Microsoft™ ASP®, only with stricter typing and extendibility – the Simple Scripting Engine has taken on a life of its own and has officially diverted from the original "create-a-clone" development path and into a fully featured language.

This engine also allows you to write non-web scripts, this gives you much more power than that of traditional shell scripts.

The 32-bit version of this application is supported on both x64 and x86 (64 and 32 bit) systems. The native 64-bit version of the scriping engine is in final testing phases and can be expected soon!
